“A Gratitude Child” is the starting posture for Taiji Qi Yoga’s Motion.
Gratitude is the door key.
Relax. No matter which pose we are practicing, our main role is to “relax the three parts of the whole body” —no matting we are sitting, lying down or standing, Yoga or Tai Chi, on the mat or off the mat…in the studio or at home, during exercise or in our daily life activities such as cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, lining up in the store, shopping groceries, planting flowers, driving or working.
