 Theme B」Restorative: Energy through “the 8 Extraordinary Meridians”

4 Mondays, 2hrs Each Day

To reach the deep layer relaxation through a series of lying down, belly down or side line down restorative practices. MAYBE it can also awaken the Essential Qi, the coiled three and half circles energy in the pelvis UNEXPECTEDLY, thus to clear through the 8 Extraordinary Meridians-although this is individually different.
