Ping Lu-the Yoga Teacher, and the Creator, Founder and Owner of TaiJiQi Yoga

Ping synthesized the influence of Tai Ji(Chi) as taught to her by Guo Sheng, her brother, a desciple of the Chen’s Tai Ji (Chi) Grandmaster Zhenglei since his early teens, and her Yoga Teachers Training by Ruth van der Voort—The Creator, Founder and Owner of the”Synergy Movement and the Toronto Yoga Conference and Show, she created “Taiji Qi Yoga” in 2015. Her brother Guo Sheng has been teaching “The Chen’s Tai Ji(Chi)” in Beijing for almost 20 years, and his efforts and encouragement granted her “first breath” on her path of Yoga, and this is the original source of “TaiJi Qi” name.

In 2016, she deepened her study from Donna Farhi (the internationally well known yoga teacher, the author of six published books) and got deeply transformed and inspired through Donna’s wisdom yoga teaching in her worldwide intensive workshops.

In 2017, she got reconnected with Juan Chen (The older daughter of The Chen’s Tai Ji (Chi ) Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei, The 12th Generation Di Zong Successor)through “The Light of Tai Chi” in Toronto, encouraged from her friendship, she started her formal Tai Ji(Chi) training from Zhigang Yan, a Tai Ji (Chi) Teacher in Toronto for over 30 years, as well as the Creator, Founder and Owner of Zhigang Yan’s Tai Ji (Chi) School, the Traslator of 6 published books and the English and Chinese Simutaneous Translator of Chen Zhenglei, and got tranformed and deeply inspired again through his wisdom teaching of Tai Ji(Chi) during the period of her study.

Through her experience on her own yoga path, Ping believes the free flow of life energy through the chakras is impeded by energetic blocks that are associated with these five passions of the MIND which are Anger, Lust, Greed, Vanity and Attachment. By constantly practicing” the five Virtues”- the Discrimination, Forgiveness and Tolerance, the Contentment, Detachment and Humility, based on her own spiritual study, it can help to offset the passions and integrate the”Emotional Body, Energetic Body and Physical Body “, and thus to realize a Mind Body Spirit return to wholeness.
