1. Cross the fingers and put the head into the hands;
Breathe into the “DanTian” – lower belly, opening the chest; Exhale relaxing the shoulder blades;
2. Raising up the pelvis；
Inhale into “DanTian”, Exhale starting to walk the feet toward the head;
3. Raising up the right leg, finding your own balance and move the two legs together in the middle line;
Inhale and Exhale, 7 times.
