Breathe into the “DanTian” – lower belly, opening the chest; Exhale relaxing the shoulder blades;

Inhale into “DanTian”, Exhale starting to walk the feet toward the head;

3. Raising up the right leg, finding your own balance and move the two legs together in the middle line;

Inhale and Exhale,  7  times.

In your daily life, if you feel any:

* Physical discomfort, (e.g. sleeping, exercising, breathing, blood pressure or any body part, muscle, organ and skeleton…) , or

* Emotional discomfort (e.g. dating, or marriage relationships, relationship with ex or others, or

* Life or career planning, or goal achievement, or

* Meditative (e.g. how to observe your own thoughts, acts, behaviors and find out the links with to embedded or hidden emotions and passions, including lust, anger, greed, vanity or attachment, or

* Verbal-expressive discomfort, (e.g. how to conquer the stage fright, how to be a good communicator by learning how to better discriminate what to talk or not talk about and with whom, or

* Anything of living that you would appreciate additional insight or perspectives on, or want to talk about …

You are welcomed and encouraged to post and share in this Group if you feel comfortable. For anything related to your own privacy that is more private and personal, you may talk to our consultants privately.

Group Yoga
TaiJiQi Yoga at Pickering Village now opens the following Group Yoga Sessions: Monday 1:00-2:30pm, Tues 3:30-5:00pm,  Weds 9:30-11:00am, 7:30-9:00pm, Friday 7:30-9:00pm.   We look forward to your joining in our Group Session.
The fees: $10 Donation is suggested, more or less, donate or do not donate, based on your willingness.
Emotional Group Workshop: 
We will also arrange the Group Workshops with other Consultants on a regular basis.  The upcoming EMOTIONAL GROUP WORKSHOP with ANDI SHI is scheduled on May 1st, 10-11:30am, Sunday, address: 586 Kingston Road West, Ajax, ON  L1T 3A2 (This Event is postponed.)

Private one to one  Session:

7. 头倒立
