Sense and feel the natural spine movements upward from the tailbone, lumbar, thoracic spine, cervical spine.

2) Exhaling to Cat pose, tucking the tailbone, curving the torso.

Sense and feel the body weight equally on the hands and knees, becoming heavier and heavier with each exhale.

Asking yourself questions: What do I feel today?  body weight equally spread? Breathing deeper? Am I able to focus each of my inhale and exhale?

We will also arrange the Group Workshops with other Consultants on a regular basis.   Welcome your inquiries on our Group Workshop.

4. 狗和猫式

真实面对自己的情欲

还记得两年前和伙伴们一起朗读的卓别林的诗: “ 当我真正开始爱自己, 我才认识到,所有的痛苦和情感的折磨, 都只是提醒我:活着,不要违背自己的本心。 今天我明白了,这叫做 『真实』。” 前些日在群里扬言“好妈妈” “好爸爸”的定义是: 好好管理好自己的情欲、愤怒、贪婪、虚荣心和依赖,因为人一切不好的思想、行为和动作的根源都来自于这里。肯定每个人都在第一个词“情欲”(lust) 那里嘀咕了,SEX我需要,也许每天都需要,难道我需要控制住与老公或者爱人的SEX而去当一个好妈妈/好爸爸吗? SEX是美妙的;每个人都需要并离不开SEX,要不哪有爱情和婚姻存在呢? 我们不是控制,而是管理好。情欲和性,Lust vs. SEX, 是有区别的。先真实的面对自己的本心,分析一下自己情欲(LUST)的动机。 我们先分析一下情欲动机。男人其实一般情欲行为的动机都是为了生理需要(SEX); 女人的性行为动机在生理需要的基础上,再加上一些前提: 比如说:我想要我老公帮我买件漂亮衣服,我刻意努力去和他亲密发生性行为,那么这个行为的动机便是”漂亮衣服“-”欲望“—”贪婪“。 比如说: 如果我的择偶对象都是优秀而有才华之人,我选择了和他们交往OR结婚,那么这个行为的动机便是”才华、成功“——“虚荣心”。 比如说:我不想工作,想让老公来养我,那么这个行为的动机便是“依赖” 之一—-“物质依赖”。 比如说我不见一个人茶不思饭不想,每天就想他来陪我,那么这个行为的动机便是“依赖”之二—“精神依赖”。 如果女人的行为动机是“贪婪”,那么除非你一直能满足她的欲望,她是不快乐的, (通常是满足了这个,又会有那个); […]

Faith is first
