Ping Lu -the Creator of Taiji Qi Yoga-the fusion of Tai Chi, Qi and Yoga; the 12th Generation Disciple of Chen’s Tai Chi ; the Master of Canada Niagara Retreat Center

Ping’s soul awakening journey started with her dream study at Eckankar Spiritual Centre;

She completed her Yoga Teachers Training in 2014 under Ruth van der Voort, Creator of Synergy Movement Yoga and Director of the Toronto Yoga Conference. Afterwards she completed the Art of Teaching Training with the internationally renowned Yoga Teacher Donna Farhi.

She promotes Soul Mind Body Integration Healing to reach Yin and Yang balance, achieve good health, happiness and freedom and she emphasizes on befriending the Self. She shares an easy way to help people stay centered and balanced, either in stillness meditation or motion flow movement, through Mindfulness Relaxation combined with natural breathing. She believes the blockage of energy in the human’s body is originated from the Karma, which can be removed by constantly practicing the Five Virtues – right discrimination, tolerance and forgiveness, contentment, detachment and humility.

Ping moved to Niagara Falls in 2022 based on the dream guidance and is currently building up Niagara Retreat Center (NRC) where she teaches and provides Short-Term Accommodations (B&B and Retreat) and Long-term Accommodations to the guests.

She became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Mortgage Agent in 2024. She thinks a good Real Estate Salesperson should first be a good person, to represent the best interests for the clients, honest, reliable and trustable;
