Taiji Qi Yoga promotes Soul Mind Body Integration Healing and leads an Easy Way for Wellness. Ping Lu can customize your Weekend Group Retreat Session based on your requirements and needs. You may choose your favorite essential modules: 1) Mantra Chanting 2) 5 Virtues Practice 3) Contemplations on Emotions 4) Awaking Taiji Qi 5) Taiji Qi Yoga Flow and Stillness Exercises and 6) Chen’s Tai Chi Essential 18 and Internal Exercises.
The time is optional for Sat 10:00am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm, 7:00pm-9:00pm and Sun 10:00am-12:00pm. You may choose any time slot which suits your weekend the best.
Niagara Retreat Center by Taiji Qi Yoga is a home-based wellness retreat in Niagara Falls offering Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga instructions & long term and B&B wellness stays.
NRC B&B Wellness Accomodations welcome solo travelers, couples or groups within 18 People.
