Day 1:

Morning: SEA Yoga and Qigong (Stoking the Fire)
This introduction to Sacred Energy Arts will focus on building strength and grace; emphasis will be placed on cultivating stillness in motion, movement in meditation and the Breath. This moving balance practice encourages and invokes seamless and fluid transitions from one Asana to the next.
Afternoon: Tai Chi (Form & Push hands)

Cultivate balance, coordination, and internal strength through the flowing movements of the Tai Chi form and the interactive practice of push hands. This class develops sensitivity, rooted structure, and the ability to respond with calmness and clarity—both in movement and in life.

Day 2:

Morning: SEA Yoga and Qigong (Balance & Flow)
This class will cultivate strength and warmth in the center or “Core”. Moving from the center or “inside out” creates a unified energy field that strongly supports, nourishes and integrates your yoga practice on and off the mat. This practice combines Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi that is at once accessible and powerful.
Afternoon: Tai Chi (Continuing with form, push hands & applications)
Deepen your Tai Chi practice through continued work on the form, push hands drills, and practical applications. This class builds on foundational skills to cultivate fluid movement, internal awareness, and martial understanding.

Day 3:

Morning: SEA Yoga and Qigong (Young Bamboo – Backbends)
This class emphasizes developing strength and flexibility, physically and mentally through Tapas (acts of will that create heat). By extending ourselves energetically and physically, we immediately become connected and supported. Our practice deepens and is nourished. This practice will explore creating strength and flexibility, focusing on the spine & back. Emphasis will be placed on posture, breath, mobility and alignment to develop a strong and pain free back.

Afternoon: BaGua Zhuang (Body changing exercises & form)
8 trigram palm refers to the trigrams of the I Ching or book of change. Bagua utilizes standing postures, circle walking, forms and is known for its cleverness, deceptive qualities, complex use of energy and effectiveness in combat.

Day 4:

Morning: SEA Yoga and Qigong (Hips & Hamstrings)

This class focuses on building strength and flexibility in the hips to support graceful aging and sustained mobility. Learn how to keep your hips active and resilient through targeted movements that restore natural human positions—like squatting and deep bending—essential for everyday function and long-term vitality.

Afternoon: BaGua Zhuang (Body changing exercises, form & applications)
Explore the dynamic art of BaGua Zhang through spiraling movements, body-changing drills, and martial applications. This class develops agility, coordination, and internal power by combining traditional form practice with practical techniques rooted in circular movement and fluid transitions.

 Day 5:

Morning: SEA Yoga and Qigong (Restorative practices)

When stress or trauma causes the body to tighten and protect itself, it can lead to lasting tension and imbalance. This gentle class uses supported postures, long holds, and mindful breath to help the body unwind, reset, and restore. Through these restorative practices, tight tissues begin to remodel into a more natural, radiant, and functional state of ease.

The heart of this method of Healing is using intention, energy, our hands and our heart to help others feel better, more radiant, awake and alive. Emphasis will be placed on cultivating, regulating and managing life energy. Through solo and partner exercises, students learn how to clear blockages and harmonize destructive emotions, as well as various techniques to alleviate pain and hypertension. This workshop will help detoxify the body and create greater range of motion.
