Taiji Qi Yoga promotes Soul Mind Body Integration Healing for Balance and leads an Easy Way for Health and Wellness. The Course consists of the following 6 essential modules: 1) Mantra Chanting, 2) 5 Virtues Practice, 3) Contemplations on Emotions, 4) Awaking Taiji Qi, 5) Taiji Qi Yoga Flow and Stillness Exercises and 6) Chen’s Tai Chi Essential 18 and Internal Exercises.
1) Mantra Chanting: The course introduces different words or mantras corresponding to different planes – Physical, Energetic, Emotional, Causal, Mental, Etheric, and Soul planes. Ping believes that through connecting with the Spirit, the exercise and healing becomes easier, safer, more effective, and more powerful.
2) 5 Virtues Practice
The course introduces Five Virtues-– Right Discrimination, Tolerance and Forgiveness, Contentment, Detachment and Humility and the application to daily life.
3) Contemplation on Emotions: Ping believes that blockage of energy in the human’s body is caused by karma in past lives, which is deeply deep rooted and caused the five passions of the mind – anger, greed, vanity, attachment and lust. By constantly practicing the Five Virtues, one can offset these passions and awaken the “Essential Qi (Taiji Qi)” of the energetic body, one of the life forces within, thereby achieving health and longevity.
4) Awakening Taiji Qi – the Vital Qi for Yin and Yang Balance Healing: Qi in Chinese word means “breath”, ” Taiji Qi: means Embryonic Breath . Ping will share her own discovery of “Taiji Qi” – vital qi, energy, life force within, or essential breath, her knowledge of the 8 Extraordinary Meridians, Kundalini Nadis, Micro & Macro Cosmoses, and the secret of awakening and its vital role in joints opening, balancing yin and yang, and healing bone structures and internal organs, for health and longevity.
5) Taiji Qi Yoga Flow and Stillness Exercises
The course introduces Joint Exercise, Qi Exercise, Spiral Rotation Movement and Taiji Qi Yoga Flow by applying “7 Warriors Principles for Mindfulness Relaxation” and “Spiral Rotation” in Sun Salutation, Standing Flow, Backbend, Lying down, Sitting, Belly Down, Headstand and Stillness Exercises. The principles are based on the Fusion Wisdom of Tai Chi, Qi and Yoga.
6) Chen’s Tai Chi Essential 18 and Internal Qi (Essential Qi)

Spiral Silk-Rolling Exercises: Chen’s Taiji Quan is also named for “Silk-Rolling Quan”. Chen Xin says: “Taiji Quan, is silk- rolling exercises. The whole body is silk-rolling force which originates from the heart, inner reaching to the bone joints, outer reaching to the skin. The silk-rolling energy reaches to the skin like screws. Silk-rolling practitioners, use the middle channel Qi. If one doesn’t understand this, he or she doesn’t understand Taiji Quan. ”
Chen’s Tai Chi requires using the mind to guide Qi all over the body and lead the body movement. The Inner Qi will guide the body spiral movement from the Dan Tian, twisting from the waist, through 8 extraordinary meridians, and reach to the 4 tips, and return back to the Dan Tian.
