Motion and Stillness Sessions

The participants can choose the following based on their own interests:
• Tai Chi:Chen's Tai Chi YangShengGong- Joint Flexion, Chen's Tai Chi Essential 18, Nurturing the Taichi Vital Qi (Chen Zhenglei Tai Chi)
• Qi (Essential Breath, Life Force, Energy):Contemplative Meditation, Qi Gong Excercises, Fusion of Tai Chi and Yoga ( following Sifu Matthew Cohen's teaching style)
• Yoga:Mantra Chanting, Contemplative Meditation, Yoga Flow, Supported Yoga Postures and Variations (following Donna Farhi's teaching style)
