严志钢老师简介 Profile of Teacher Jack Yan – 中国武术八段、中国武术博士、陈正雷大师入室弟子。习武60年，40年武术教学经验。乔治亚学院针灸专业气功、太极拳教授。（Holder of the 8th Duan in Chinese Martial Arts; PhD in Chinese Martial Arts; In-Chamber disciple of Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei. Jack Yan has 60 years of martial arts training experience and over 40 years of teaching experience. He is professor of Qigong and Taichi for the Acupuncture program at Georgian College.)

内容 Content：1. 陈氏太极拳老架一路第一段精讲：适合初学，适合已经学过的拳友标准化，适合高级学员纠错; 2. 太极拳内气（力）的培养：内气（力）的定义，内气（力）的练习方法，如何找到气感;3. 太极拳发力原理、方法与练习 ( 1. 又一次飞出体记-回老家的池塘

昨夜在孩子们、租客们还有付贷款利息的压力中睡去，晚上又从瀑布房子里飞了，我已经很久没飞出体了，好快乐啊，念着Mahanta, 就又飞得更高了。

我说回去老家吧，就飞过了高山和大海，落在家门口的池塘边了，听到熟悉的蛙声，哭了。心里想：唉，生命的本质就是活着。醒过来了。

瞬间又回来了瀑布家里的床上，心里又想：唉，这回老家一趟多快啊。想起了家门口的池塘，还是流泪了。

清晨醒来后又睡着了。又梦见了老家的亲人们和邻居哥哥嫂嫂，我们一起吃饭。第二天早上我要开着我的吉普车出门了，妈妈问我什么时候走？我说等清晨天亮吧。我问妈妈你在哪里睡觉？她说我还是抱着你睡吧。醒过来了。

感悟：我在经历的一切，哪怕是心里正在喜欢的是哪个人，Mahanta-the Living ECK Master都知道；石头房子卖不掉，是因为他要培训我开高速、运营管理好出租、学办贷款、做地产经纪…或者有更多的目的；不要操心还贷款利息了，主要人活着就好；孩子也不要太操心了，妈妈这个词，在任何孩子心里，都抹不掉，就像我自己也抹不掉一样。

0519 Memories

May 19, 2024 was my first celebration of the Number ID Birthday at Niagara Retreat Center.

My little son Andrew asked me：“Mama，what do you mean Number ID Birthday?”

I replied：“ Where Mama was born marks calendar with Lunar Moon, here Canada marks calendar with Solar Sun. So my ID Carrie’s the number of Lunar Calendar but actually not the day.

On the Lunar date May 19th I was born the Solar Calendar was actually Jun 16. My Solar Calendar birthday changes every year, like this year my Solar birthday is Jun 24 instead. Only every 19 years they will meet again, like how the Solar Elise meets.

So this is the ID number the God Sugmad gives to me. Like stonehouse number is 2319, 2+3=5, 519 is my number. And Niagara Falls house number is 3615, 3+6=9, 915 is the opposite of my number.

Every year I remember 3 birthdays: One is Number ID Birthday, one is Lunar Birthday, one is Solar Birthday.

Since my Number ID Birthday is from the God Sugmad, so every year on May 19 I will host a potluck party, and teach Taiji Qi Yoga for free. I am open to answer all your questions related to your Physical Body, Energetic Body, Emotional Body, Causal Body, Etheric Body, or Soul Body.

0519的记忆

2024年的5月19号是我在Niagara Retreat Center庆祝的第一个数字ID生日。

小儿子Andrew问我：“Mama，what do you mean Number ID birthday?”

我回答他说：“ Where Mama was born marks calendar with Lunar Moon, here Canada marks calendar with Solar Sun. So my ID Carrie’s the number of Lunar Calendar but actually not the day.

妈妈出生的那天的阳历生日是6月16号，但它每年都会变，妈妈今年的阳历生日却是6月24号，跟小Julia同一天。就像日全食相遇一样，阴历与阳历只有每隔19年才会重逢一次。

这是上天给我的数字代码，就像石头房子的数字是2319，2+3=5，合在一起是519，瀑布房子的数字是3615，3+6=9，915是倒过来的519。 ）

每年我会记得自己的三个生日: 一个ID数字生日、一个阴历生日、一个阳历生日。

数字ID生日是上天给我的, 所以以后我每年的这一天会开Party，免费教太极气瑜伽。大家有什么关于身体、能量体、情绪体、记忆体（像阿卡西记录等等）、心智体、以太体、灵魂体的困惑，都可以在这一天来问我。
